Cancellation
and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before 30 April, 2005 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after 30 April, 2005.
Registration Desk
Registration desks will be located in the lobby of the Welch-Ryang Auditorium (Daegangdang) at Ewha Womans University.
All delegates are requested to register as soon as possible after arriving in Seoul and pick up their congress kit and identification badge. All delegates and accompanying persons should have their badges with them at all times and are asked to display them for admittance to all official sessions and social events.
