DT 01 Palace and Museum

Gyeongbokgung was the main palace in Joseon Dynasty. Lying in the heart of Seoul, Gyeongbokgung is always on the top place for the visitors to Korea. Located inside the palace is the National Folk Museum where you will find Korean lifestyle from ancient to Joseon Dynasty until Japanese Occupation. Private residence of last king Kojong's father, Daewongun is wunhyeongung where you will find the typical royal residence of Joseon Dynasty.


DT 02 Traditional Market Place

World famous Namdaemun Market opened more than 500 years ago. This open air market literally has everything. You can get bargain if you make a good deal with the shop owners. Namsan Hanok Village shows a traditional life of Korea .

Temple in Seoul

Near from the Ehwa University lies the Bongwonsa Temple. The temple originally built in 889 A.D, it was moved to the current location in 1748 playing its key role for Buddhist monk's training place.

DT04 Footstep of the Empress Myeongseonghwanghu

Icheon is famous for its pottery produced mainly for the royalty and governments that left many kiln sites still in use. Also the great empress Myeongseong was born in this area. East of Icheon is Yeoju where you will visit the royal tomb of King Sejong and Shilleuksa Temple .


DT05 Suwon Tour

Suwon city, the capital of Gyeonggi Privince was called Hwaseong during the Joseon period. Hwaseong is one of the UNESCO-designated world heritage in Korea . The thistoric city was planned and constructed by King Jeongjo in the late 18 th century and the king also built a palace and a fortress away from Seoul . The best place to get to know Korean traditional life and cultures if to visit Korean Folk Village .


DT06 Art Museum and Gallery

National Museum of Contemporary Art located in Gwacheon is the one and only national museum where you can see Korean and foreign artwork in one place. It has world-class facilities and an outdoor sculpture exhibit. First built by Lee Byeongchul, the founder of Samsung, Hoam Art Gallery was started with his personal collections including some national treasures. Looking around the traditional Korean stylized main building and the outdoor exhibit 'Huiwon', the recreation of a traditional Korean garden, will be a great experience in appreciating Korean culture.

Ganghwado Island

Ganghwado was the gateway to Korea for the westerners first came to Korea about 200 years ago and upfront historic war site of resistance of Korean. The 5 th largest island in Korea is also known for the prehistoric artifacts like Goindol Rocks(Grave).
This tour will be exclusively guided by professor Lee Baeyong with limited number of participants.


DT08 DMZ Tour

The DMZ was designated as a buffer zone between North and South Korea at the Panmunjeom pavilions on July 27, 1953 when UN and North Korea made the historical armistice agreement of the Korean War. The DMZ is the only place in the world where confronting ideologies still face each other. The DMZ ranges from the Han River Estuary, at the western end of Korea, to 39 north latitude on the East Coast. The DMZ is a unique place where peace and tension coexist and people who long for peace and the unification of Korea continue to visit without fail.

PT01 Natural Heritage with history (2D1N)

One of the highest and toughest mountains in Korea, Mt. Seoraksan lies in the Eastern Seashore. As the name Seol-ak means 'snow' and 'rocky', the mountain literally is breathtakingly beautiful.
