- Airport Limousine (No.602) - From Incheon International Airport to Ewha Womans University
It takes about 55-60 minutes to Ewha Womans University Station.
- KAL Limousine Service - From Incheon International Airport to downtown hotels
KAL Limousine Bus which you may take at stop numbers 4B and 11A runs every 30 minutes. It takes about 110 minutes to downtown hotels at 12,000 per person.
- Taxi
Two different types of taxi are available: regular and deluxe taxi. Estimated fare from the airport will be around 80,000.

A Welcome Desk will be set up at Incheon International Airport to provide assistance for participants.
Passport & Visa
Foreign participants coming from countries with no-visa agreement with Korea can stay in Korea for up to 30 days without visa. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country and contact the congress secretariat if you have difficulties in obtaining a visa.
Vaccinations
Normally no vaccinations are required to enter Korea from any country. However, vaccinations against cholera and yellow fever are required for travelers arriving from infected areas.
Quarantine
All live animals,plants,animal products and plant products brought into Korea must be accompanied by valid certificates issued by the exporting country's government. When importing these items, a formal declaration should be made to the quarantine officer at the port of entry.
Climate and Clothing
Korea lies in the temperate zone and has four distinct seasons. June is summer time in Korea and the weather is sunny with the average day-time temperature of around 20°C. We recommend a set of warmer wear for the evening.
Electricity
Outlets for both 110 and 220 volts are usually available, although many newer hotels have only 220 volts current. Please check the voltage of the power supply before using equipment.
Banking and Currency
The Korean currency is the won (indicated as
). Coin denominations are 10, 50, 100 and 500.Bank notes are 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000. Foreign bank notes and traveler's checks can be converted into Korean won at most banks, hotels and airports. International credit cards such as Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club and JCB are widely accepted at major hotels, department stores and restaurants in larger cities. You may be requested to show your passport.
Tipping
Tipping is not a custom in Korea. A 10% service charge is added to the bill at all tourist's hotels and tipping is not expected. It is not necessary to tip taxi drivers unless they assist you with luggage or provide an extra service.
Business Hours
Government offices are open 09:00-18:00 on Monday through Friday. Most private businesses open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. but some open until late evening. Bank hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. Foreign diplomatic missions in Seoul are usually open from 9 a.m.to 5 p.m. on weekdays and are closed on Saturday, Sunday and their respective national holidays.
Driving License
International visitors may drive on a valid overseas driving license for the same class of vehicle.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that you take out an insurance policy of your choice when you book your travel.
